Overview

The design-build Military Department Investigative Agency Headquarters project is set on a 125 acre site located at the Marine Corps Base in Quantico, VA. This facility collocates five (5) different military investigative agencies. The facility houses offices for the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI), Army Criminal Investigation Command (CID), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and Defense Security Service (DSS). The centrally located ‘Keystone’ consolidates several of the shared building spaces including the Watch Analytical Center (WAC), the Network Operations Center (NOC), and also serves as the public entry and central gathering space.

This facility also includes classrooms, training facilities, laboratory space, office spaces, a cafeteria, and a fitness center. The primary mechanical and electrical services are consolidated in the ‘Logistics’ wing which also contains the facilities shops and loading docks.
