Five Nines Company provided MEP commissioning services for the design/build of the new two-story, 35,000 square foot, Water Quality Services Building, which is comprised of three major functional areas, including: laboratory spaces, staging and facility support spaces / work rooms, and office space. The first floor of the new facility consists of 15 laboratories, clean rooms, maintenance and receiving areas, a boater education room, and employee lockers and break room with a full kitchen. The second floor contains administration office spaces, a secondary kitchen and IT room.
The Project was designed to achieve a LEED®v4.0 certification – Silver.
