Overview

 Five Nines Company is currently providing Fundamental commissioning services to replace the Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System at Jamestown High School for the Williamsburg-James City County Public Schools. This project includes replacement of all heating and cooling air handling units and all duct mounted reheat coils, with new heating and cooling handling units, single duct shut and fan powered variable air volume terminals with hot water reheat coils, and new DDC controls. The facility was first put into service in 1997. This three-phase project is part of the overall division replacement cycle. The goal of the renovation is to increase system efficiency and reliability with special attention to how the system operates while occupied versus when it is unoccupied.
